If you wish to delete your SuikaTalk teacher account, you can do so at any time directly from your dashboard.
Before proceeding, please carefully read the following:
- Account deletion must be completed by the teacher via the dashboard. We are unable to process deletion requests made via email or other forms of communication.
- Once your account is deleted, all balances and redeemable funds in your SuikaTalk account (such as points, unpaid earnings, and gift cards) will be lost and can no longer be used or withdrawn.
- You will lose access to your teaching history and to all past lesson recordings.
- Keeping your account does not incur any fees. Even if you're not actively teaching at the moment, we recommend keeping your account in case you'd like to return in the future.
If you wish to temporarily stop teaching but may resume in the future, you can remove all availability slots in your "Availability Calendar" via the dashboard. This will hide your profile from the SuikaTalk website. Please consider this as an alternative to deleting your account.
To delete your account:
- Go to your dashboard
- Click on Account Settings
- Click Delete My Account
